Meeting Room | Terms & Conditions
- All
bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
- The
above rate is valid for business hours bookings only. (Business Hours: 09:00 to
18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.)
- For
bookings outside of business hours, please contact the front desk for
availability and arrangements.
- A
minimum booking duration of 1 hour is required.
- Payments will be charged on a monthly basis and
reflected in the client’s monthly invoice.
- Cancellations must be submitted in
writing at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting; notices
provided with less than 30 minutes will incur a full charge.
- All equipment and furniture must be returned to their
original arrangement after use.
- CK Office Suites reserves the right to charge an
additional cleaning service fee if food and beverages are brought in by
the client.
- The Client is prohibited to transfer the usage of the meeting room to any other
individual or entity.
- The Client is responsible for any damages incurred
to the meeting room or its facilities during their reservation.
- CK Office Suites is not liable for any
loss or damage to personal property.
- CK Office
Suites reserves the right to terminate the booking in the event of disruptive
behavior
- CK Office Suites reserve the right to
amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
